Regional Land Manager
Overview
RES is currently accepting applications for a Regional Land Manager with 5+ years land acquisition or sales experience and will be based out of our Mid-Atlantic region.
The mission: The Regional Land Manager will be negotiating complex land deals with outside parties, supporting other land reps to close complex deals and will establish an extensive network of landowners, community leaders etc. in relevant markets.
What your day-to-day might look like?
Specific job tasks may include:
- Teaching others how to handle the full breadth of real estate closings
- Identifying and completing the appropriate RES contract form for a given land acquisition
- Leading others to independently recommend solutions to landowners regarding all contracting roadblocks
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new types of contracts and experience negotiating non-acquisition contracts
Qualifications
We would like to talk to you if you have many of the following:
- Bachelors degree
- Advanced knowledge of site feasibility characteristics and experience determining potential site viability for RES projects
- Advanced knowledge of market value for land in relevant markets and experience developing residual value plans for future resale
- Experience formulating and implementing strategy to further the RES business model through land acquisition and divestiture
- Experience implementing strategies to generate additional revenue streams on RES properties
- Advanced experience working in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, etc.
- Advanced experience with completing internet searches, utilizing Google Earth and recognized SME on RES systems
- Advanced experience utilizing on-line county property records systems
