●Able to translate a customer problem into an electrical design solution 
●Ensure designs and solutions consider overall costs and that the most efficient 
design/solution will be offered to the customer 
●Use the PDP process effective to achieve a flawless launch of products 
●Take ownership of project timing, and work to achieve deadlines and gate 
reviews. Timing issues must be communicated and transparent to the organization 
●Must work in collaboration with the sales engineers to meet the needs of the 
customer 
●Develop, implement and maintain electrical best practices with electrical design 
●Validate new designs for effectiveness 
●Delivery projects on-time/cost/quality. 


 Requirements
●BS in Electrical Engineering preferred; company will consider a combination of 
education and experience 
●Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
●3D CAD/ SolidWorks preferred
