
Statics Applications Engineering Intern

This internship is Full Time (40 hours/week) and will ideally start in May or June 2024 and last for the duration of 3 months.
What you’ll learn and do:
As an intern, you will work alongside the Static Applications Engineering (AE) team to support customers and collaborate with R/D. You will be integrated into the team and invited to attend all team functions, meetings, etc. The goal is for the intern to experience the AE role in all aspects.
- Learn all aspects of the Applications Engineering Role and Responsibilities
- Review technical aspects of Static Verification Technology
- Receive Training on fundamentals (RTL Coding, Scripting, Tools and Methodologies, etc.)
- Complete detailed training on “choice of focus” Tool/Technology
- Participate in customer relations, communications, interactions, and meetings
- R/D, PV, and Product Team relations, communications, interactions, meetings
- Scope and Delivery of “Summer Project” (RapidAdoptionKit/GetUpToSpeed type training for “choice of focus”)
Skill Requirements:
- Linux/Unix skills are a must
- Working knowledge of ASIC Design Flow
- Working knowledge of Verilog RTL or VHDL RTL
- Tcl/Perl/Python is a plus
- Knowledge of Static Verification Tools is preferred
- Knowledge of Simulation Tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Implementation Tools is a plus
BESEE, BSCS, BSCE are required, MSEE, MSCS, MSCE is preferred (graduating to complete degree is okay)

The hourly range across the U.S. for this role is between $24.00 to $48.05. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
