Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern will receive a hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment while they work on business-critical design projects alongside experienced HR professionals. Our interns receive exposure to real-world HR challenges and are provided with mentorship and networking opportunities within the HVAC industry. 

 

We are seeking students with the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or another related field. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Detail oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records. 
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR functions.
