Student Worker for Alumni Engagement (Work Study)

Description:

The Office of Alumni Engagement is seeking a student worker. Our student workers are responsible for: providing excellent customer service to alumni and guests who walk in needing assistance; answering in-coming phone calls; providing assistance to the staff; completing special projects as assigned; day-to-day office work.

Qualifications:

Required

Exceptional team player with passion and dedication for learning new ideas. Must have strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Preferred

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products and experience with social media (Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn)
