Executive Administration and Outreach
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (or equivalent).
Months/Years of Experience: Five (5) years minimum directly related work experience.
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Security clearance eligible. Volunteer/Staff Non-Profit experience (preferably with board member leadership experience).
Skills Needed:
*Excellent demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
*MS Office and social media platform proficiency.
Duties:
Executive Administration - Support C-Suite Level Executives with Operations and Strategy
*Deliver Corporate Documentation (e.g., executive correspondence, briefings, reports)
*Represent C-Suite for Internal and External Engagements (e.g., executive presence)
*Coordinate Strategic Calendar/Schedule (e.g., critical meeting planning and milestones)
*Manage Planning & Execution of Major Corporate Events (e.g., M&W events)
*Manage Strategic Communications (e.g., social media, web site)
Workforce Outreach - Support Employee Recruitment, Development, and Retention
*Communicate proactively to recruit workforce talent (e.g., social media/verbal contacts)
*Enable key personnel & staffing for business development (e.g., research and contacts)
*Support HR training initiatives for employee/leader development
*Facilitate employee loyalty and connection (e.g., presentations/training, site visits)
*Administer the ASRI "One Connected Team" program (e.g., M&W activities, leader tng.)
Community Outreach - Support Community Engagement and Corporate Image/Branding
*Manage the ASRI in Action Charitable Giving Fund and Grant Process
*Advocate for ASRI in Action with Workforce and Community Stakeholders
*Represent ASRI in Community Networks (e.g., Non-Profit Boards, Volunteering, Chamber)
*Manage Company Brand Awareness and Marketing Support
Desired Qualifications:
*Five (5+) years of directly related experience specifically in a Gov/DoD contractor environment
*Recognized stellar reputation across the Leadership Greater Huntsville Non-Profit community
*Demonstrated executive presence and track record of C-Suite level administrative support
*Demonstrate public speaking track record of success
*Experience implementing technical workforce development initiatives
