Customer Experience Intern

The CX intern will be mentored by one of the Customer Engagement Analyst and the Manager of the Customer Experience team and will be given the opportunity to develop capabilities in customer analytics, program management, corporate communication development and other CX skillsets.

  • Act as Customer Experience team member through participation in internal stakeholder reviews and cross functional collaboration with decision makers
  • Analyze data to develop a deep understanding of the current customer engagement/onboarding process, define best practices, and identify process gaps and areas of opportunity
  • Work to develop customized customer communication
  • Support, sustain and advance established processes
  • Review current customer engagement/onboarding process, propose and develop new processes to create a low effort customer experience
  • Work cross-collaboratively across a variety of teams to learn the current requirements and process associated with onboarding customers, analyze current process and make suggestions for customer communication deemed necessary throughout the process


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Engineering and Communication majors also encouraged to apply
  • Minimum of junior status with at least one quarter/semester of school remaining following the internship
