Details:

• Seeking an Energetic Person with Experience in: Big Box Store Employee Scheduling, Person to Person Sales, Setup, and the ability to Manage a Team. Events marketing a plus ( Fairs, Home shows, Community Events)
• We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager $55,000 - $85,000 base plus commission and bonuses annually.
• Our Managers are on a Base Salary, Plus our uncapped bonus and commission plan.

What you'll do: 

• Recruit, train and motivate your team.
• Work alongside your team while inside Big Box Stores, schedule free in-home estimates and receive bonuses by doing so.
• Examples of stores include: Buying Clubs & Hardware Chains.
• Be a self-starter while working in a team environment and become a fearless face-to-face communicator. Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Regional Marketing Management or Sales.

What you'll bring: 

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a managerial role.
• Ability and desire to be coached.
• An energetic, persuasive personality and positive attitude is a MUST along with the ability to Pass a background check, Pass 4 4-panel drug screen test and have a Valid Driver’s License.
