Part -Time Literacy Coach

Haley’s Hope is changing lives One Word At A Time by teaching children with dyslexia how to read and write.

Haley’s Hope Literacy Coaches help those with dyslexia grasp the basics of reading through an approach that’s used nationwide and proven across decades to be successful for all ages.

As children grow and become more confident in their reading, they start to see themselves differently and YOU can be a part of that. YOU will help them to feel smarter, better about themselves and able to conquer barriers.  As a Literacy Coach, YOU will help to unlock reading and help provide the knowledge needed for life.

Are you someone who wants to change a life?

Haley’s Hope Literacy Coaches are methodically trained in the Orton Gillingham based Barton Reading and Spelling System prior to working with students. We require a one-to-one coach-to-student ratio for this systematic, fully hands-on and individually paced literacy training. 

Must be available Monday-Thursday between 3pm-7pm.  

Starting pay is $15.  Additional increases available after certification.

Additional Details

·        3-week training program with supervised sessions

·        Minimum of 8 hours per week (4 students)

·        Tutoring Session are available Monday- Thursday 8am-7pm.  Friday 8am - 5pm.  

·        No prior experience needed- must pass literacy screening & observe sessions
