Duties
At the entry level of this position, you will:
- Assist in the design, preparation and review of plans to monitor and characterize contaminant occurrence, fate and transport, and remediation in the environment;
- Assist in the preparation and review of site-specific data, technical evaluations and documents;
- Develop conclusions/recommendations for consideration by Remedial Project Managers (RPMs), managers, and other internal and external parties related to contaminant fate and transport, remedial approaches, and effectiveness of remedial actions;
- Represent Superfund Program on regional and national committees/workgroups through presentation of information on, and response to questions concerning, impacts of contaminants in soil, groundwater and surface water.
