Preferred qualifications
- strong communication skills
- ability to communicate professionally while representing the department
Notes:

- work from home opportunities for call center staff may be possible after mandatory in-person classroom and on-the-job training period of up to 12 weeks
- if you are fluent in language(s) other than English, and are willing to use that skill in the call center, you are encouraged to apply; you must also be fluent in English
- an examination is not required
