We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

The Sales Operations Analyst will work with their cross functional business partners to drive improved business processes by simplifying and creating more efficient ways of working to improve sales productivity. This role is an integral part of the sales technology eco-system for communication, integrated planning, and reporting. The Sales Operations Analyst will be primarily responsible for the development and delivery of sales support and sales communication materials for the various business units as assigned.  The role will support the larger Sales Operations Team with systems management, training, analysis, and reporting. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary Salesforce.com daily administrator.  Oversee the territory management process including setting up brokers, new sales groups, correct territory overlaps and changing/updating user access
  • Conducts audit controls for user validation for Salesforce, BW and TPM
  • Support the onboarding of sales employees and brokers by leading routine trainings on Salesforce and BW reporting
  • Own the maintenance and archiving of documents on Salesforce including price pages
  • Develop and oversee the routine communication process to sales and broker partners including content packs, weekly sales bulletin, and monthly sales newsletters
  • Work with cross functional partners in Trade Marketing on creating and maintaining TPM reports for ad hoc business requests
  • Manage various special projects

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Communications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with data analytics.
  • Familiarity with  salesforce.com or relevant CRM.
  • Self-starter, with strong leadership skills who can build a strong network.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong business systems knowledge
  • Ability to lead the execution of technology application across multi-faceted sales organization (i.e., Salesforce, TPM, BW)
  • Ability to influence effectively; heavy cross functional interaction with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Procurement.
  • Data analytics experience
