Office Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Keep field personnel and management updated with the latest plans and relevant technical documentation.
· Ensuring information gets issued to the construction personnel in a timely manner to avoid delays or unnecessary rework.
· Manage the revision, distribution, and archiving of technical documents.
· Conduct configuration audits as needed to ensure that actual configurations match the documented configurations.
· Review technical documentation for administrative accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards before issuing it to field personnel.
· Maintain a detailed log of document statuses, changes, and versions on the platform and provide reports to management as requested.
· Interface with and support all personnel using the platform, including Contractor, Subcontractors, and Owner field personnel.
· Document and address any issues or discrepancies related to the technical documentation promptly. Escalate issues to appropriate parties and ensure timely resolution.
· Manage the user base within the platform, including adding, updating, and removing users as needed.
· Provide support to users of the platform and develop and conduct training for new personnel.
· Maintain and update procedures related to the platform.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
· Undertake any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the project or organization.
Minimum Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree
· 2-3 years relevant experience
· Proficient in the administration of Construction Management software (e.g., Fieldwire, PlanGrid, Procore).
· Experience in the Civil Engineering/Construction industry with a strong understanding of construction plans and drawings.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficiency in PDF editors (Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
Preferred Experience:
· Demonstrated experience in Heavy Civil projects.
· Previous involvement in Design Build projects.
· Exposure to Major Project environments.
· Knowledge of Configuration Management practices.
· Experience using SharePoint and Electronic Document Management systems is advantageous.

· Self-sufficient; this position operates independently and may not have tasks assigned regularly by a supervisor.
Annual Salary - $66,560 - $82,000
