What you will do:
You'll work with enFocus Project Managers to discover, design, and implement innovative solutions for project sponsors. Due to variation in project size and scope, you'll execute between one and three consulting-like innovation projects at any given time
What you will learn:
You will be provided with meaningful work responsibilities, continuous professional development, and access to a network of mentors to assist you as you progress in your career throughout this two-year, salaried Fellowship.

Ascend Indiana is a nonprofit that supports connecting talent with its partner employers, including enFocus. Ascend serves as your point of connection to hundreds of Indiana employers of varying sizes, industries, and locations. These companies leverage the Ascend Network to find early-in-career qualified talent.
Our candidates use the Network to find internships, part-time, and full-time roles. In addition to using the Network to find opportunities, we work with you one-on-one to serve as your personal advocate and career mentor throughout the job search process.
To be eligible for The Network you should be...
- Authorized to lawfully work in the U.S., both now and in the future
- A current college student or recent graduate
- Interested in working in Indiana
