Registrar’s Office Enrollment Center Student Assistant I
The Registrar’s Office Student Assistant provides support for the Enrollment Center. Under general supervision, the employee is responsible for customer service involving various groups of people being served by the Enrollment Center: students, staff, faculty, and public. Responsibilities include assisting current student with their questions related to records & registration processing. Additional responsibilities will include but not limited to, processing of students requests for enrollment verification, document identification, and transcript processing. The student assistant will also be responsible for word processing, data entry (utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel), emailing, copying, and filing, preparing forms, sorting mail, and stuffing diploma covers. Work duties may require periodic assistance in the Registrar’s Office evaluations area. The incumbent will also demonstrate customer service by assisting with inquiries in person, mail, on-line and on the phone as well as assist in staffing of special events and workshops, etc. The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned by the Enrollment Services staff. Work location is in Sage Hall.
