Production and Digital Media Interns

Unparalleled Productions is an industry-leading event production company specializing in high-profile shows and events. We are seeking three dynamic interns for the Fall/Winter Term to join our team and contribute to our upcoming projects, including Art Basel and Swim Week. If you are passionate about production, skilled in digital media, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. UP is one of nine City of Miami Beach-approved production vendors. The founder is often at the helm of producing many of city's larger festivals and high-profile events with a solid award-winning foundation in film and television. He has over two decades of experience in New York, Los Angeles & South Florida. The owner is also an Adjunct Professor at FIU Chaplin teaching an online Show Management & Event Production class.

**Position Overview:**

As a Production and Digital Media Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in event production, digital media management, and graphic design. You will have the unique opportunity to work on multiple high-profile shows simultaneously, assisting in various aspects of event planning and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Digital Media:** Create and curate compelling content for our social media accounts, including graphics, photos, and videos. Manage and schedule posts to ensure a strong online presence.

- **Graphic Design:** Design visually stunning presentations and decks that capture our brand identity and engage our clients and partners.

- **Event Production Support:** Assist in various aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support during Art Basel, Swim Week, and other projects.

- **Learning and Development:** Be proactive in your pursuit of knowledge about event production. Collaborate with our experienced team members to gain insights into the intricacies of managing high-profile shows.

**Qualifications:**

- Passion for event production and a strong interest in the entertainment and events industry.

- Proficiency in digital media, including content creation, social media management, and graphic design skills.

- Ability to create visually appealing presentations and decks that convey complex information concisely.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.

- Availability to work during Art Basel, Swim Week, and other event-related dates.
