Position Overview:

 

We are seeking an innovative, performance-driven Account Manager to join our team. Our day-to-day operations at AIYA rely on this role, so we’re looking for individuals ready for a challenge! Our team is in need of a driven and motivated candidate to help push us towards our goals. Responsibilities:

  • Project a positive imagine when representing AIYA to clients and the community
  • Effectively and consistently grow sales and opportunity pipelines and generate new target segments
  • Learn products and services, including sales terms
  • Complete and submit timely and accurate documentation, including new account paperwork and sales reports
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in order of achieve personal and corporate goals
  • Handle corporate design and add marketing materials
  • Assist the Business Development and Marketing departments with various projects
  • Conduct research on the latest market trends and keywords
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal
  • Efficient problem solving and relationship building skills
  • Prior experience in Business Development, lead generation/sales
  • 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO tools; Google Analytics, Webmasters, and others
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and RED Notebook
  • Ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with clients

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour 

 

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Flushing, NY 11354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
