Interns that demonstrate outstanding qualities may be invited back for a return internship the following summer or may be considered for full-time positions.

Internship Format
The format for this internship will be remote, meaning the intern will work virtually for the duration of their internship. Relocation and housing will not be provided. In some cases, business travel may be required. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States.
Department Details
Internships for Field Sales include an array of responsibilities. The intern will assist the sales operations, Supply Chain and marketing teams with day-to-day responsibilities which may include any of the following:
- Tracking wholesale and retail objectives
- Tracking and delivering customer satisfaction metrics
- Vehicle allocation and ordering logistics
- Building new reporting structures
- Performing website and search engine marketing audits
- Performing mystery shops, delivering results to dealers and tracking improvements
- Planning and marketing educational summits
- Delivering dealer digital assessments and recommendations
- Tracking digital campaign enrollment and delivering rankings to grow participation
- Tracking digital KPIs and campaign performance
With this experience, the Intern will be able to identify areas of opportunity within a dealership and articulate recommendations to increase retail sales.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field
- Able to work 40 hours per week during the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of sophomore year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2024
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with teams and cross-functional groups
- Proficient with MS Office and G Suite application
