Sales Representative
As a member of our inside sales team, you’ll proactively call on both new and existing J. J. Keller customers in order to uncover their business challenges, compliance concerns/issues, process inefficiencies, pain points, etc. and partner with them to determine win-win solutions. If you are driven, persuasive, empathetic, and enjoy the thrill of earning the sale while having a sense of pride in knowing you’re truly making a difference with your customers, this is a great opportunity for you!
Where you'll be working:
If you’re local to our corporate office in Wisconsin, you have the option to work in the office or from home. For any associates outside of our local area, this role will be performed exclusively from your remote, home office. It will be important for you to maintain a distraction free environment that allows for privacy during the workday. J. J. Keller will provide the necessary computer equipment for you to perform your role.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling in a B2B environment.
- Dynamic phone presence to engage with customers, and present complex solutions.
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree desired.
Associates of J. J. Keller receive:
- 1st year earnings average $53k - $70k (varies based on position, comprised of an hourly paid base, and uncapped monthly incentive)
