The Day-to-day responsibilities would include:
Invoicing * Handles invoicing for Notora, and coordinates dissemination to clients under corporate relationship program
Accounts Receivable * Posts payments received and makes bank deposits using remote deposit equipment.* Monitors overdue invoices and makes collections contacts (phone and email) as necessary.* Assists sales staff in providing information necessary for collection of open invoices
Accounts Payable * Logs bills and schedules weekly vendor payments* Responds to vendor A/R inquiries *Maintains all vendor files
Expense Reports * Reviews and approves employee expense reports to ensure adherence to each project's budget.* Codes expenses to the appropriate project in SAGE.* Reports out of budget and/or inappropriate expenses to the Controller and CEO.
Credit Card Reconciliation * Tracks down receipts, downloads monthly bills from vendors, records purchases in SAGE, and reconciles the company credit card account.
Other *Assists controller in tax document preparation, and miscellaneous projects on an as needed basis.
The Potential growth opportunities may include:
Standard Monthly Accounting * Assists with month-end close, including General Journal Entries and the reconciliation of Bank and GL accounts
Reporting * Provides monthly P&L reports to Controller and CEO.* Creates custom reports as necessary to give management visibility into financial performance.
Payroll * Prepares and transmits monthly payroll data to company’s payroll processing vendor (TriNet)
Budgeting * Assists Controller with yearly budgeting as well as monthly monitoring
Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an Accredited University*
