Social Media Operations Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and content planning for the company’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium, and WeChat Official Account.
- Design and execute social media promotion plans aligned with market strategies to boost brand awareness and market impact.
- Monitor and analyze social media data, including engagement, follower count, and ROI, to provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and other team members to ensure social media activities align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Handle social media crisis management and respond promptly to various PR events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media or related fields.
- Prior experience in social media management or related work is an advantage.
- Proficient in using major social media platforms and familiar with their algorithms and operational rules.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
- Fluent in English for work settings.
