Veterinary Externship
Who we are looking for
Midwest Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Student to conduct an externship at our busy two-doctor practice. This is a great opportunity for professional development and growth through the support of our well-versed and experienced team!
We would like to provide mentorship and hands-on experience for the following: conducting patient exams, conventional surgeries, treatments, lab work, diagnosing illnesses, providing prescriptions, dental care, and other various situations involving direct interaction with pets and clients. Applicants must also be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Located in Fulton, MO, Midwest Veterinary Clinic has been proudly serving the local community for over 33 years. Our practice is small animal exclusive and offers a variety of high quality services, such as wellness, diagnostics, surgical, dental, preventative, and more.
If you enjoy weekend travels, you can find yourself in either Columbia or Jefferson City within 30 minutes as well as Saint Louis or Lake of the Ozarks within an hour and a half! This leaves plenty of room for adventures as you see fit.
