Forté is hiring an undergraduate to intern with our marketing team, supporting social media and digital content.
Given Forté’s virtual work environment, the intern should be prepared to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills to work through tasks assigned.
Core Responsibilities:
● Proactively coordinate and engage with marketing in planning and organizing social media campaigns for events, activities, and calendars
● Create engaging posts and stories consistently across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
● Monitor engagement and optimize content strategies to grow our audience
Other projects as assigned
Requirements Desired Skills/Commitment:
● Undergraduate student in good academic standing with demonstrated leadership and reliability across campus
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent social media content and graphics skills with great attention to detail
● Self-starter, responsive, and willing to contribute ideas to the team
● Experience with Excel, Hootsuite, Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and Canva (and/or other presentation software)
● Passion for the Forté mission of #MoreWomenLeading
● Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
● Former experience interning remotely preferred
Compensation and Terms of Internship
Intern will be expected to work 5-8 hours per week at a rate of $15 per hour
● Must be eligible to work in the United States
● Must be based in and working in the United States
● Internship will span from approximately Oct. 2, 2023 - December 31, 2023
