Entry-Level Structural Engineer

An Entry-Level Structural Analyst job is currently available at Belcan in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a full time, direct position with full benefits. Great matching candidates may have relevant work experience and B.S. engineering degree. You will apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.  

Structural Analyst  job duties:
* Create and analyze Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Models of conceptual and production designs.
* Work with Belcan Structures Lead to assure that all analysis data, criteria and conditions affecting the analysis of the component/system are issued and understood. 
* Use ANSYS to analyze for Limits, Ultimate, Damage Tolerance, HCF and LCF.
* Identify problem areas and help develop action plans.

Qualifications:
* B.S. degree in a recognized engineering field from an accredited institution.
* 0-2 years of engineering experience.
* Must possess good communication & teamwork skills, a desire to learn.
* Legal authorization to work in the US required.

Desired but not required skills:
* ANSYS and /or Workbench experience
* Aerospace experience
* Teamcenter experience

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $62,400 to $66,560. However, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
