Marketing/ Social Media Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to support our business operations. As a student-focused role, this position is ideal for individuals pursuing business studies who want practical experience in marketing, social media, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with Diego, the company owner, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and document organization.

Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Social Media Management: Collaborate on social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement to enhance our online presence.

Marketing Support: Assist in marketing campaigns, research market trends, and contribute ideas for promotions and branding efforts.

Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data for various business initiatives.

Meeting Preparation: Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and presentations.

Special Projects: Contribute to various projects related to business development, customer relations, and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
