SUMMER 2024: HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN, UNDERGRADUATE

About the Job:

 

Our Summer Internship Experience (SIE) is a 10-week program that allows students to dive into a project relevant to their studies to further grow and develop their learnings. During our 10-week program you will participate in trainings, development sessions, as well as lots of exciting programming!

 

The dates of our 2024 Program will be June 3rd, 2024 – August 9th, 2024  and will consist of a 37.5-hour work week.

 

The mission of our Human Resources team is to cultivate Danone’s unique culture and help the business sustainably grow. As a part of this team, you will attract talent and support our people to develop, you will unite employees across the globe, and you will make an impact on society as a whole.

 

  • You will conduct talent market research as it pertains to future of work, workplace and recruiting trends
  • You will Assist in performance management process improvement and resource creation
  • You will Conduct diversity recruiting research and best practices around early talent programs, HBCU activations, and conferences
  • You will assist in review and distribute company policies / inquiries using dovetail
  • You will participate in organizing company events and early talent days

 

 

ABOUT YOU

About You:

 

 

  • You will currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date after August 2024
  • You will have prior internship experience or work experience in a corporate environment.
  • You will have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will have strong, proven potential leadership skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail

The base compensation range for this position is $25-28 per hour.
