Photographer
WSTM/WTVH/WSTQ is looking for a creative full-time News Photographer! We are seeking someone who can see beyond the lens and bring back compelling stories. You will cover day to day general, in-depth features and investigative assignments. You should have strong editing skills and also possess excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude. A passion for storytelling is absolutely essential in this position.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least an Associates Degree in broadcasting or related field
- Experience with full size ENG cameras and Avid Editing is a major plus
- Team-player who can produce good stories under tight deadlines
- Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and be able to operate ENG news vehicles
- Ability to edit and shoot general assignment stories, lives shots and natural sound packages
- Must be able to lift and carry between 25 and 50 pounds on a regular basis

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $15.57 to $19.57 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
