What You Will Do: 

Financial return modeling, analysis, benchmarking, and reporting 

Perform real estate market research on asset classes in Messer’s regions 

Analyze real estate investment proformas and income statements 

Ad hoc financial reporting and investment analysis 

Assist in the preparation of monthly portfolio real estate meetings 

Create and maintain dashboards detailing portfolio investments and returns 

Analyze property rent rolls and benchmark portfolio performance 

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.  

 

What You Will Bring: 

Undergraduate business student with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics 

Part time hours during the school year, with the opportunity to increase hours during the summer 

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including a strong working knowledge of financial formulas and analysis in Excel 

Interest in various investment sectors including real estate, marketable securities, and private equity 

 

Abilities:  

Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities   

Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25lbs., seeing and reading
