Architectural Designer
Passero Associates has an exciting opportunity to join our Dayton, OH office as an Architectural Designer with a diverse range of Architecture projects including Aviation, Institutional, Commercial, Municipal, and multi-family Residential. The person in this position would be involved in multiple aspects of projects from Concept Planning, Interior Design, and Placemaking to Technical Detailing, Construction Administration, and Permitting.
Responsibilities:
- REVIT design and drafting
- Produce design and presentation drawings
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a high energy environment
Qualifications/ Experience:
- AAS or BS degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited program
- Introductory experience in architecture document production/drafting and design work in Revit
- Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite; Sketch Up, Revit, Newforma, and Enscape (or other rendering programs)
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Focused on quality deliverables and exceptional client service
- Team player; able to contribute to a positive work culture
- Valid driver’s license
