Part-time intern (Private Credit)

REDD Intelligence, an online information platform that provides intelligence and data on Emerging Markets corporates to hedge funds and institutional investors, is looking for a part-time intern willing to have exposure to the exciting Private Credit world!

Company Profile: 

REDD is a leading provider of intelligence on distressed and high yield companies in the Emerging Markets. Through its online platform and sophisticated mobile apps, the service produces real time intelligence, curated news and analytics on emerging market corporates. REDD’s experienced local teams of journalists and analysts continuously report on potential trading catalysts and significant corporate events, allowing asset managers and advisors to identify and benefit from early-stage trading or business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Help collecting data from fund managers and companies involved in Private Credit transactions in Emerging Markets.
• Gather information about past and prospective transactions, with a special focus on Latam.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Key Learning Outcomes:

• Strong understanding of the Private Credit landscape in Emerging Markets.
• Strong understanding on how news agencies and research platforms operate.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A deep curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills will be considered as a key asset (however not mandatory).
