About the Position:

Under the general supervision of a District Office Engineer (DOE), Senior Transportation Engineer, the incumbent reviews draft Construction Contract Submittal (CCS) from various designers, internal and external, provides written comments to help Design office develop a full, complete, consistent, and accurate CCS, and to submit CCS to Division of Engineering Services, Program Project Management and Office Engineer (PPM&OE) for advertising. Each CCS is composed of the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E), as well as required supporting documents listed in the CCS Checklist.
