The Incentives Enforcement Section (IES) operates under the Enforcement Division and the Citations and Registration Enforcement Branch. IES is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing standards for drayage and short-haul trucking fleet purchasers, per Assembly Bill 794 (AB 794).

AB 794 establishes labor standards as a condition for eligibility to receive incentives funded by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for the purchase of new drayage and short-haul trucks.
