Responsibilities
Kinect Capital, a well-established non-profit organization based in Utah, is seeking an entry-level Community Analyst to join our team. As a Community Analyst, you will play a vital role in measuring the impact of our organization on the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in data analysis and community research.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing data related to our programs and their impact on the community.
- Collect and organize data from various sources to evaluate the success of our initiatives.
- Help measure the effectiveness of our programs in supporting entrepreneurs, mentors, and capital providers.
- Support the team in understanding the needs and demographics of the individuals and organizations we serve.
- Collaborate with the team to design and administer surveys to gather valuable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and standardization across different platforms and systems.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable engaging with community members to gather information and feedback.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with survey creation and management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
