Intern Program Overview:

Real World Responsibilities:

During your time with us you will:

  • Support the Early Talent Coordinator with all summer intern event coordination and Fall career fair recruitment
  • Support launch of LinkedIn Learning by creating “Learning Pathways” for different careers and interests with Genie/Terex, including searching for and verifying relevant content and collaborating with the LinkedIn support team
  • Other HR generalist support as needed (such as intern new hire paperwork)

As part of our team we will:

  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
  • Expose you to any area of HR that is of interest to you – training, benefits, generalist, recruitment, etc.

 

Must haves:

  • Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field or graduated within last two years
  • Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months in Bothell, WA (or a combination of part-time for longer duration)
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources

 

Nice to haves:

  • Previous internship experience
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning
  • Enjoy working with others and making connections
  • Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time

 

The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
