Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
- Support the Early Talent Coordinator with all summer intern event coordination and Fall career fair recruitment
- Support launch of LinkedIn Learning by creating “Learning Pathways” for different careers and interests with Genie/Terex, including searching for and verifying relevant content and collaborating with the LinkedIn support team
- Other HR generalist support as needed (such as intern new hire paperwork)
As part of our team we will:
- Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
- Expose you to any area of HR that is of interest to you – training, benefits, generalist, recruitment, etc.
Must haves:
- Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar field or graduated within last two years
- Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months in Bothell, WA (or a combination of part-time for longer duration)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
Nice to haves:
- Previous internship experience
- MS Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning
- Enjoy working with others and making connections
- Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
- Detail oriented
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
