Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for working leads provided by our Digital Agent and Corporate Partners. Agents will take inbound calls as well as reach out to leads provided to them internally through our proprietary technology. Your role is integral to our business and will ensure effective sales practices, sales growth, and increased revenue for the company.
A successful candidate will have experience in a call center and the personal lines industry along with expertise in the sales process and methodologies. This candidate will have the ability to balance a rigid schedule and learn a script. They must have the ability to work collaboratively with people in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Experience and Education:
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work the United States
