Therapeutic Foster Care Marketing

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Therapeutic Foster Care Marketing Liaison. As a Therapeutic Foster Care Marketing Liaison, you will play a crucial role in our mission by promoting our foster care program, recruiting dedicated foster parents, and raising awareness in the community about the transformative power of fostering.

 What will I be doing?  

Marketing and development of the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program to the community for purposes of recruiting foster families, to include, but not limited to attending community networking events, building relationships with local religious, civic, and business organizations, and conducting presentations and/or informational sessions.  

Collaborating with internal teams to develop and distribute marketing materials, while maintaining accurate records of outreach performance and recruitment.

Successful candidates exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families.  

Strong knowledge of marketing and communication principles and strategies, with a focus on behavioral healthcare and the foster care services industry.  

Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate the TFC program's goals.  

Skilled in project and time management, with the ability to plan, organize and execute multiple projects simultaneously. 

Candidate should have established connections with professionals, organizations, and/or environments that support the child welfare mission of fostering children and the reunification of families. 

 Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social services, or another related field.  

Minimum of 2 years of successful experience recruiting foster care families.
