The Oregon State Hospital (Salem, Oregon campus) is searching for a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve as an interdisciplinary team member and provide mental health treatment and prevention services to OSH patients (population includes adults with severe mental illnesses and comorbidities).
Significant and specialized duties for which the OT is responsible include:
- Processing OT referrals and completing OT assessments.
- Serving as an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team member.
- Serving as a liaison/conduit of the multiple Treatment Services programs.
- Delivering evidence-based OT interventions in individual and group formats.
- Timely charting of direct services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of an occupational therapy educational program which is recognized by the Oregon Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist License or other valid authorization issued by the Oregon Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.
OR
Within six months of hire, obtain an Oregon occupational therapy license.
