CORA Physical Therapy provides a full range of services for clients with orthopedic problems, work related injuries, sport injuries and various neuromuscular and neurological conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll provide direct patient care, including evaluating case history and functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to develop and deliver an effective rehabilitation plan. Our goal is to restore function and minimize pain as quickly and effectively as possible. For patients who cannot come into our clinics, you can stay connected via TELEHealth at CORA–our HIPAA-compliant platform powered by MedBridge. This is a full-time position.
Our ideal candidate has a strong PT background, a desire to grow in his or her career, great communication skills and works well in high-energy environments, all while being flexible and adaptable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive, caring evaluations on new patients, establish achievable goals and develop actionable treatment plans
- Provide ongoing physical therapy services that effectively and efficiently comply with treatment plans
- Take ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriate
- Document all evaluations, treatments and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with company policy
- Skillfully and safely progress patients through their levels of treatment until successful completion of care
- Engage with patients for an impactful, effective, sustainable treatment experience
- Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with professional PT associations, workshop attendance and conferences
Qualifications:
- Diploma (certification) from a CAPTE-approved program
- Current PT license (upcoming application also acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settings
