Development Operations Summer Analyst

As a development operations Intern, you will support the execution of the Company’s Development platform by providing strategic and tactical analysis and support for the Development leadership team. This role will also support development operations nationally through the analysis and execution of various processes, programs, projects and tasks that foster improved operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of project needs and responsibilities, fielding questions and requests, gathering data and providing detailed reports, and resolving issues related to operating policies, procedures, and Company business practices
- Organize or participate in special projects by planning, monitoring and reporting on timelines and activities, leveraging internal or external resources as needed, and following through to complete specific critical tasks and activities
- Originate, compile and analyze statistical and other documents and data utilizing the reporting tools and resources in place
- Manage and organize detailed project files related to ongoing initiatives and maintain archival process of previous projects.
- Contribute to the planning, organizing and support of critical projects and programs including managing project schedules
- Help to direct inquiries or action items to the appropriate parties and follow up to ensure issues have been addressed
- Plan and prepare for meetings by organizing objectives, timing, agenda, format, and participants for meetings, sending meeting requests to schedule appropriate resources, gathering or preparing and distributing meeting materials in advance, documenting meeting notes, decisions, and action items, following up as needed to ensure achievement of meeting outcomes, recording meetings as requested and edit and distribute of recorded meeting via appropriate channels
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn the real estate industry
- Quantitative background and analytical problem-solving ability
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex topics
- High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and speed under time-sensitive deadlines
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in real estate, finance, business, or a related major
- Graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
