·Managing the daily operations of the TS Department
·Participating in the TS staffing process including recruitment, supervision, development, evaluation and discipline
·Developing & maintaining policies & standards for maximizing department effectiveness while minimizing costs
·Routinely offering support & mentorship to TS staff
·Ensuring team compliance with process & technical training requirements
·Providing concise status reports on a regular basis
·Skills in repairing computer hardware and software.
·Able to operate different systems like Window, Mac OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Red hat, Arch, Cent OS)
·Contacting potential customers via telephone, email, and other electrical devices.
·Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
·Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
·Performing other duties and projects as assigned
·Strong communication skills, both written and oral
·Confident talking to a diverse group of people
·Capable to work independently and multitasking
·Must be enthusiastic and energetic
·Bilingual in English and Mandarin
