Field Engineer Intern - Nationwide Travel

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Assist with the administration of daily operations of project site under supervision of Project Construction Coordinators, Field Construction Coordinators, Trade Superintendents, and Site Managers.
  • Assist with accurately preparing and analyzing daily cost reports to be reviewed with supervisors for purposes of comparison analysis and planning 
  • Develops and maintains a good working relationship with clients, subcontractors, vendors, landowners, co-workers, etc. to strengthen company position 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Junior year of college. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, industrial), or related degree
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the community of project site assigned for the duration of the summer internship (12-weeks minimum)
  • Able to pass an Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test

  • Effective communication (oral, written, presentation), motivation, and supervisory skills 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
