Scrum Master Test Lead
entara Health is currently hiring a Scrum Master Test Lead for the Consumer Marketing team!

As a Test Lead/Scrum Master, you’ll support leaders within the Marketing and Consumer Experience team by developing test briefs, driving test solution discussions; and supporting the execution and analytics of marketing tests.
This is an operational role in which you will work alongside marketing and technical partners such as paid media specialists, digital strategists, and marketing data analysts within an agile testing pod; supporting test planning and sprint development to improve consumer and patient experience.
To do well in this role, you need to possess a strong analytics mindset, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in user engagement and driving action. You will be generating new ideas, and have a passion to understand the industry standards and competitive benchmarks to draw best practices. You are a strong communicator with excellent written skills (to develop clear test briefs and hypotheses).
We're looking for someone who cares deeply about healthcare and is passionate about using agile methodologies to redesign how consumers interact with Sentara.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or consumer experience.
- Experience with driving a testing agenda (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate) within an agile team. Looks to elevate the test and learn mindset by pushing the envelope (e.g., no status quo).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an understanding of marketing analytics.
- Ability to think critically and develop data-driven and practical recommendations to support overall digital marketing strategies and efforts.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail to track multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Proactive idea generator with a strong focus on consumer experience.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills to mobilize and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bring a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and the ability to influence those around them.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical orientation, and ability to present ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive discovery analytics to identify testing opportunities by working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and marketing analytics where necessary.
- Develop and manage end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing briefs, from hypothesis creation to test implementation and results analysis. Push bold test ideas.
- Understand key conversion funnel drop-off points, user pain points, and opportunities for optimization through rigorous data analysis in partnership with of marketing data analyst.
- Analyze results from prior tests, and leverage channel performance reports including web and paid channels (e.g., cost per click, conversion rates, bounce rates) to suggest actionable insights and test ideas. Incorporate learnings into the next iteration of testing.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking on consumer experience within digital channels (e.g., website, app, paid channels).
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to conversion rate optimization and consumer experience.
- Utilize user research and feedback to inform design and functionality improvements that align with user preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Analytics, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment of consumer experience and conversion optimization efforts with overall business goals.
