Before + After School Site Director - CPMA Middle (Clairemont) - PrimeTime Children's Program

We are currently hiring a Site Director for CPMA Middle in Clairemont

The Site Director is responsible for the overall supervision and management of their sites. They will conduct regular parent meetings to distribute information, conduct regular staff meetings, enforce progressive disciplinary procedures, develop and coordinate learning program activities and ensure administrative paperwork is accurate and completed on time.

 

JOB COMPLEXITY.

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of the program while following contract
  • Provide regular supervision
  • Develop and coordinate creative in-person and distance learning program activities
  • Create and monitor student behavior plans and transitional plans when necessary
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate and completed on time

 

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a minimum of 48 completed college units or pass CAPE test (a basic math and literacy exam)
  • Valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire
  • Must have 1 year working in an afterschool program or group child care setting with elementary and/or middle school aged children
  • Must have either a minimum of 12 completed units in child development, elementary and/or middle school education, recreation or related field OR a minimum of 12 months documented work experience in an ASES program
  • Must have 1 year supervisory experience of children & staff OR 1 year assistant supervisory experience within Harmonium OR demonstrated administrative and programmatic experience (ex. attendance tracking, staff counseling/training, student support, etc.)

 

COMPENSATION.

  • Starting Rate: $25.75 per hour (all new hires begin at starting salary regardless of experience)
  • Full Time benefits include medical, dental, vision, pet, life, and critical illness insurance, a 403b retirement plan plus match, HRA (health reimbursement account), and Vacation & Sick time. In addition, we offer hands-on training, virtual courses, and live presentations for personal and professional development.
