Music Technology Assistant - Hire Achievers

The Music and Arts Technology Department is seeking reliable, honest, and enthusiastic students for the Music Technology Assistant position. MTA’s will actively participate in the production, recording, and editing of audio and video for department concerts and events. MTA’s duties will also include front of house ushering, backstage coordination, inventory data collection and verification of assets, instrument maintenance, scanning of documents, cable verification, technology setup, and maintenance.

Students will learn advanced multimedia recording and editing skills. They will also learn problem-solving and trouble-shooting principles, with hands-on opportunities to practice those skills in real-world environments. Students will gain experience in event production and coordination and integrate skills in teamwork and customer service.
