TimkenSteel Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full Time – Summer 2024

  • Assist in safety, quality, and production projects supporting operations
  • Shadow supervisors, subject matter experts, and engineers to assist in action items and review day to day tasks
  • Review engineering drawings
  • Review spare parts inventory
  • Manage document control

 

Internship Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2024 semester
  • Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
  • Preferred majors:  Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related
  • Organizational skills
  • Presentation and documentation skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Data and statistical analysis
