Worship Resident Leader- Tahoe
The Tahoe Resident Leadership Program equips aspiring Christian leaders (ages 18-24) with an immersive experience that focuses on; spiritual and leadership development, service learning, and ministry work. There is a 10-week summer internship option and a year-long residential leadership program. Here are some program highlights and a video.

- Three options: 10-week summer internship, 11-month residency
- Food Stipend (summer) $700 per month Living Reimbursement (11 month)

Primary responsibilities of the worship leader:
- Recruiting and coordinating musicians and vocalists
- Putting together worship sets and sending out to team at least 10 days prior to service.
- Attending all-staff and worship specific meetings
- Must be able to lead vocally, execute and train harmonies, and play keys and/or guitar (or other instruments if appropriate)
- Continuing development of personal skills and abilities (vocal and instrumental)
- Developing new musicians and teams in their craft and in their faith
- Lead Worship Service during weekly gatherings
- Coordinate and help plan special events and services involving music (Easter, Christmas, worship nights, etc)
- Help lead our resident worship leaders in their worship track progra
Common auxiliary roles:
- Responsibilities at retreats, special events, or worship nights
- Audio, Video, and Lighting Departments
- Interests and gifts will help determine other auxiliary roles
- Other duties as assigned
