WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

Our Supply Chain organization is looking for an undergraduate intern to join our North America Distribution Centers team. As a Facilities Intern, you will work cross-functionally with our Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Procurement, Finance, and the Maintenance and Facilities teams to identify, source and implement facilities projects within the Nike North America DC network!  

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, results driven, and is keen to grow expertise within their role. A strong communicator, collaborating cross-functionally within the brand to lead and drive an organized, efficient, and successful facilities department in the implementation, maintenance, and project installation of existing building equipment, assets, and any replacements and improvements necessary. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers, self-starters, and creative partners, always improving practices to bring the strategy of the North America Supply Chain to life. 

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:  

As a Facilities intern, you will support multiple projects across our distribution centers (DC) and regional service centers (RSC) and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various project initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:  

Qualifications: 

Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025 

Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field preferred  

0-2 years work experience

Analytical skillset, ability to leverage data and information for effective problem solving in a team setting 

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines   

Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources   

Ability to analyze problems, develop innovative solutions, and deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities  

Have a growth mindset, be inquisitive, and have a process orientated mindset
