Business Solutions Services Intern

We are currently seeking a Business Services Solutions Intern to join our team! The Business Services Solutions Intern will actively participate in the design and development of solutions for document management and business process management. Work as a part of the business team to develop requirements and coordinate testing and partner with IT to build and maintain highly customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed comprehensive records requirements from business units and distinguish between preferred and required practices
• Consult with business unit management to clarify process needs and current operations, to understand the purpose and content of the requested enhancement, and to ensure the business process requires automation
• Use Feith Systems software, Oracle, SharePoint, Jira, database and web based programming languages (such as SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript), and other CNH Industrial systems to design and develop automated storage, workflow and document delivery solutions engineered to improve efficiencies and reduce operating cost
• Lead the implementation of the solutions and consult with both internal and external resources as required to guarantee timely delivery

This position will pay between $19-$37/hour. 

Qualifications

• Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Information Technology, or other related degree area.
