Nike is building a Digital First Supply Chain at Scale that delivers on four dimensions of our consumer promise: Service, Cost, Convenience, Sustainability. A key enabler of our Digital First Supply Chain is the development and expansion of our Regional Service Center (RSC) Network. Regional Service Centers represent the newest and fastest growing arm of the Nike Fulfillment network in North America. Bringing product closer to consumers to deliver the Nike consumer promise with speed and precision!

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are excited by working on fun and challenging projects across a broad range of topics within the supply chain umbrella. Ideal intern candidates thrive in a fast-paced operational setting in which they partner and work with individuals across multiple functions and strategic partners. Individuals are curious, passionate about working with people and excited to learn while delivering results.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:
You will operate in a dynamic, growing, and fast-paced environment, and will need to remain flexible and agile across a diverse portfolio of efforts. You will work on initiatives critical to the long-term success of the Nike digital supply chain. These initiatives may range from:
Operational process improvements
Project deployment such as new technology or capabilities
Improving information and data flows across business and operational partners, or even sustainability initiatives
All of which are key pillars of supply chain operations within Nike and the Regional Service Center Network. You will be a key member of the RSC Operations team, reporting directly to on-site leadership. You will engage directly with strategic 3PL partners both internal and external to Nike. You will develop a network of professional partnerships and relationships across groups such as engineering, MPO (Marketplace Optimization), PMO (Program Management Office), digital operations, sustainability, finance and many more.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Qualifications:
Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025
Background in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field preferred
0-2 years work experience
Resume submission (PDF) required
Skills:
Experience with Excel, Tableau, SAP, and Kronos would be a plus
Analytical skillset, ability to leverage data and information for effective problem solving in a team setting
A passion and excitement for supply chain management and fulfillment operations
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources
Ability to analyze problems, develop innovative solutions, and deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities
Have a growth mindset, be inquisitive, and have a process orientated mindset
