Sales Engineer (Outside Sales)
Position Profile
We are looking for DRIVEN salespeople. High earning potential position with leading technical sales company. We want you to have a minimum of three years of experience successfully selling industrial products to end users. You must be a self-starter and have a winning attitude. You will receive sales leads and project activity information. Your territory will have existing customers & industrial prospects to be developed. You will be supported experienced Applications Engineers allowing you to focus on your primary role…selling.
Expectations of Sales Engineers are high. You will be expected to dominate the competition and establish strong customer relationships.

Qualification / Skills:
High Drive for success; High achiever; Competitive; Extremely Optimistic. Engineering or technical degrees are best suited for this position. A strong mechanical aptitude is helpful. Experience with pumps, fans, dust collectors, and pneumatic conveying equipment is a plus.
Compensation:
A superior compensation plan with benefits and unlimited earning potential is available. Compensation ranges from a Base Salary + Commission + Bonus system to full commission.
